COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is an introduction to the materials used in manufacturing of aircraft along with the characteristics and corrosion effects. It also covers the historical evolution of material usage in aircraft and its parts’ manufacture. The course shall assist the student establish their fundamental knowledge about aircraft material usage.
